What we collect

EnquiriesWhen you write to us, we process the contact details and the content of your message — typically a name, an e-mail address, a company and a technical description.

Server logsOur hosting provider records standard technical data required to deliver and secure the site, including the IP address, the request and the user agent.

AnalyticsAggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and to conduct the pre-contractual and contractual communication that follows from it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where it is stored, and for how long

LocationCorrespondence and site infrastructure are hosted within the European Union or with providers offering transfer safeguards compliant with Chapter V of the GDPR.

EnquiriesRetained while the enquiry is live and for up to three years afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation that resumes. Deleted earlier on request.

ContractsWhere an enquiry becomes a contract, the related records are retained for the statutory accounting and limitation periods under Bulgarian law.

LogsRetained for a short technical period and then discarded.

Who receives it

Processors acting on our instructions: the hosting and content delivery provider, the e-mail provider, and the analytics provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

Access to the personal data we hold about you, and a copy of it.
Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Erasure, where there is no overriding legal ground to keep it.
Restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Data portability, where the processing is based on contract and carried out by automated means.

To exercise any of these, write to info@firetech-eng.bg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria.

This policy is reviewed when our processing changes. It describes this website only; each application we publish has its own privacy document on its own site.
